B. Motorsteuer usw.), ebenso gibt es die M\u00f6glichkeit, bestimmte Personen von der GIS-Geb\u00fchr zu befreien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diejenigen, die es nicht wissen, ist die GIS eine Rundfunkgeb\u00fchr, die alle zwei Monate bezahlt wird und zwischen 45 und 56 Euro betr\u00e4gt (unterschiedlich je nach Bundesland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ko-ima-pravo\">Wer hat Anspruch auf Befreiung von der GIS-Geb\u00fchr?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor allem, muss der Antragsteller f\u00fcr die Befreiung vollj\u00e4hrig sein und seinen Hauptwohnsitz an der Adresse haben, f\u00fcr die die Befreiung von der Geb\u00fchr beantragt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Gruppen haben Anspruch auf Befreiung von der Geb\u00fchr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Personen mit niedrigem Einkommen - mit Nachweisen \u00fcber das Einkommen aller Haushaltsmitglieder, das zusammen die niedrigste Einkommensgrenze nicht \u00fcberschreitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ein-Personen-Haushalt 1.154,15 Euro.<\/li><li>Zwei-Personen-Haushalt 1.820,80 Euro. <\/li><li>F\u00fcr jede weitere Person kommen 178,08 Euro hinzu. Dies bezieht sich auf den Nettobetrag.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus diesen Betr\u00e4gen k\u00f6nnen auch unerwartete Ausgaben abgezogen werden (z. B. Ausgaben f\u00fcr ein behindertes Kind in der Familie oder unerwartete Schulgeb\u00fchren usw.), die schriftlich nachgewiesen werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch die Betriebskosten k\u00f6nnen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. In diesem Fall muss ein Nachweis \u00fcber die Miete einschlie\u00dflich der Betriebskosten vorgelegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Arbeitslose Personen - m\u00fcssen eine entsprechende Bescheinigung \u00fcber das Einkommen von AMS vorlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Empf\u00e4nger von Kinderbetreuungsgeldzusch\u00fcssen - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/themen\/familie_und_partnerschaft\/geburt\/3\/2\/3\/2\/2\/Seite.080626.html?fbclid=IwAR0c5uz61tu6O9pwkqx57DX8XpNqvib2x9H2Rb7pvOgP_HGLoJjUGqpgTVU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Beihilfe zum Kinderbetreuungsgeld<\/mark><\/a>&nbsp;, mit Nachweis \u00fcber den Empfang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Zuschuss kann von Eltern mit niedrigem Einkommen beantragt werden, die einen Pauschalbetrag dieses Zuschusses erhalten. Der Zuschuss betr\u00e4gt 6,06 Euro pro Tag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alleinerziehende, die nicht mehr als 7.600 Euro pro Kalenderjahr (Stand 2022) verdienen, sowie verheiratete oder in einer Lebensgemeinschaft lebende Eltern, die Kinderbetreuungsgeld erhalten, und deren Partner nicht mehr als 16.200 Euro pro Kalenderjahr verdienen, haben Anspruch auf diesen Zuschuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WICHTIG:<\/strong>&nbsp;Das Kinderbetreuungsgeld allein, ohne den oben genannten Zuschuss, berechtigt nicht zur Befreiung und wird in das Gesamteinkommen des Haushalts einbezogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Personen, die von der Rezeptgeb\u00fchr befreit sind -&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/themen\/soziales\/armut\/3\/Seite.1693901.html?fbclid=IwAR35N587_r1im9BeTOCTwL9jtBZPAICGb9p58zACRK1C0CEfcRFUY9rqghA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Rezeptgeb\u00fchrenbefreiung<\/mark><\/a>&nbsp;, mit Kopie des Nachweises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empf\u00e4nger der niedrigsten Pensionen mit Ausgleichszulagen sind automatisch von der Geb\u00fchr befreit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personen, deren monatliches Nettoeinkommen nicht mehr als 1.030,49 Euro (eine Person) bzw. 1.625,71 Euro (Ehepaar\/Lebensgemeinschaft) betr\u00e4gt, k\u00f6nnen auf Antrag von der Geb\u00fchr befreit werden. F\u00fcr jedes mitversicherte Kind erh\u00f6ht sich dieser Betrag um 159 Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong>&nbsp;Empf\u00e4nger von Sozialhilfe - Mindestsicherung, mit Nachweis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong>&nbsp;Empf\u00e4nger der niedrigsten Pensionen - mit Nachweis von Bank oder eine Kopie des aktuellen Pensionbescheids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong>&nbsp;Empf\u00e4nger von - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/themen\/soziales\/pflege\/4.html?fbclid=IwAR199xAuERrYoniXLR8foIq__bOwsR7HRFJJLueoDLc6sGW1zETszcQmMn8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Pflegegeld<\/mark>&nbsp;<\/a>, mit aktuellem Kontoauszug oder Kopie des aktuellen Pflegegeldbescheids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> Empf\u00e4nger von Sch\u00fcler- und Studentenhilfe, mit Kopie des Nachweises \u00fcber den Bezug von&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/themen\/steuern_und_finanzen\/Studienbeihilfe.html?fbclid=IwAR1U_mHXrgtxdWnv76K_FOSSVFyPqcSD9qUpV7ZImj2I-hCwV38eAFTMcx0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studienbeihilfe<\/a> oder&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oesterreich.gv.at\/themen\/bildung_und_neue_medien\/schule\/1\/Seite.1760210.html?fbclid=IwAR1Bkoo3Bg4_KLneGSheC3oeOUa_xft2ISkJfvspNeK51Ho_fh_0Jm9hv5A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schulbeihilfe<\/a>&nbsp;, ausgestellt von der zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kako-i-gde-podneti-zahtev\">Wie und wo kann man einen Antrag auf Befreiung von der GIS-Geb\u00fchr stellen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten, eine Befreiung von der GIS-Geb\u00fchr zu beantragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Online - \u00fcber den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gis.at\/befreiungsrechner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">folgenden Link<\/mark><\/a><\/li><li>Durch Ausf\u00fcllen des Formulars (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gis.at\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/Documents\/AV_EAG_ONLINE_22.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">hier herunterladen<\/mark><\/a>) und Senden an die Adresse: GIS, 1051 Wien, Postfach 1000 oder an die folgende <a href=\"mailto:kundenservice@gis.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">E-Mail-Adresse<\/mark><\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Beantragung der Befreiung m\u00fcssen zusammen mit dem ausgef\u00fcllten Formular folgende Unterlagen eingereicht werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meldezettel des Hauptwohnsitzes des Antragstellers und aller Haushaltsmitglieder.<\/li><li>Die oben genannten Nachweise (Kopien), entsprechend dem Status des Antragstellers.<\/li><li>Kopien der aktuellen Einkommensnachweise aller im Haushalt lebenden Personen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem alle erforderlichen Dokumente und Nachweise gesendet wurden, wird auf eine Entscheidung der GIS gewartet, die per Post verschickt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"promene-statusa\">\u00c4nderungen des befreiten Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Antrag genehmigt wurde, ist der Antragsteller von der Zahlung der GIS Geb\u00fchr befreit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn jedoch eine \u00c4nderung des Status des Antragstellers eintritt, muss dies der GIS umgehend gemeldet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Beispiel erh\u00f6ht sich das Einkommen im Haushalt in der Zwischenzeit, eine arbeitslose Person findet einen Job, es wird keine Mindestsicherung mehr gew\u00e4hrt usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es sollte beachtet werden, dass, wenn dies sp\u00e4ter festgestellt wird, die Befreiung r\u00fcckwirkend aufgehoben werden kann, bis zum Zeitpunkt, an dem der Grund f\u00fcr die Befreiung nicht mehr erf\u00fcllt war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Fall m\u00fcssen alle Geb\u00fchren ab dem Datum der Status\u00e4nderung nachtr\u00e4glich bezahlt werden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter
