{"id":17064,"date":"2025-04-14T09:17:03","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T07:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yuga.at\/?p=17064"},"modified":"2025-04-14T09:17:05","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T07:17:05","slug":"instant-uberweisungen-in-der-eu-geld-in-nur-10-sekunden-ab-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yuga.at\/de\/instant-uplate-u-eu-novac-stize-za-10-sekundi-od-2025-godine\/","title":{"rendered":"Instant-\u00dcberweisungen in der EU: Geld in nur 10 Sekunden \u2013 ab 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ab Januar 2025 wird in der gesamten Europ\u00e4ischen Union die verpflichtende Einf\u00fchrung von Echtzeit\u00fcberweisungen umgesetzt \u2013 Geld kann dann in nur 10 Sekunden \u00fcberwiesen werden, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es sich um einen Werktag oder ein Wochenende handelt, ob es 11:00 Uhr vormittags oder 02:00 Uhr nachts ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese gro\u00dfe Ver\u00e4nderung kommt dank der neuen EU-Verordnung 2024\/886, auch bekannt als \u201eInstant Payment\u201c-Regulierung. Alle Giro- und Sparkonten im Euroraum m\u00fcssen dann jederzeit Echtzeit\u00fcberweisungen kostenlos empfangen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"od-kada-pocinje\">Wann tritt die neue Regelung in Kraft?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ab dem 9. Januar 2025 sind alle Banken und Sparkassen in der EU verpflichtet, Echtzeit\u00fcberweisungen in Euro geb\u00fchrenfrei zu empfangen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bis zum 9. Oktober 2025 gilt eine \u00dcbergangsfrist f\u00fcr das Senden von Zahlungen \u2013 danach m\u00fcssen auch ausgehende \u00dcberweisungen kostenlos und in Echtzeit erfolgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese neuen Vorschriften gelten f\u00fcr alle L\u00e4nder des SEPA-Raums (Single Euro Payments Area), zu dem neben den EU-Mitgliedstaaten auch L\u00e4nder wie die Schweiz, Norwegen und Island geh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zasto-ova-promena\">Warum wird diese \u00c4nderung eingef\u00fchrt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Hauptziel ist es, den europ\u00e4ischen Zahlungsverkehr moderner und effizienter zu gestalten. Derzeit werden nur etwa 11 % aller Euro-\u00dcberweisungen in Echtzeit ausgef\u00fchrt. Die neue Verordnung soll dies zum neuen Standard machen \u2013 zug\u00e4nglich f\u00fcr alle Nutzerinnen und Nutzer, nicht nur f\u00fcr Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"brzina-transfera\">Wie schnell ist \u201eEchtzeit\u201c?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut der neuen EU-Verordnung muss jede Euro-\u00dcberweisung innerhalb von maximal 10 Sekunden beim Empf\u00e4nger ankommen \u2013 egal ob an einem Werktag, Wochenende oder Feiertag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, lag der Anteil dieser schnellen \u00dcberweisungen bisher bei nur rund 11 %. Mit der neuen Pflicht soll sich das deutlich \u00e4ndern \u2013 die Nutzer in ganz Europa k\u00f6nnen sich auf eine deutlich schnellere und verl\u00e4sslichere Dienstleistung freuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bezbednost-i-troskovi\">Ist das System sicher \u2013 und wie viel kostet es?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue EU-Regelung sieht h\u00f6chste Sicherheitsstandards vor. Banken m\u00fcssen den Empf\u00e4nger sofort und kostenlos verifizieren, um Betrug zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zudem k\u00f6nnen Kundinnen und Kunden individuelle H\u00f6chstbetr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Echtzeit\u00fcberweisungen festlegen. Zus\u00e4tzlich m\u00fcssen Banken t\u00e4glich ihre gesamten Kundendaten mit den EU-Sanktionslisten abgleichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und was die Kosten betrifft: Gute Nachrichten \u2013 Echtzeit\u00fcberweisungen werden vollst\u00e4ndig kostenlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ab Januar 2025 entfallen alle Geb\u00fchren f\u00fcr den Empfang von Sofort\u00fcberweisungen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ab Oktober 2025 d\u00fcrfen auch f\u00fcr das Senden keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Geb\u00fchren mehr verlangt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele Banken haben diesen Service bisher separat in Rechnung gestellt \u2013 das ist mit der neuen Regelung nicht mehr erlaubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sepa-i-pravo-na-uplatu\">Was ist SEPA und wer profitiert von Instant Payments?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecb.europa.eu\/paym\/integration\/retail\/sepa\/html\/index.en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SEPA <\/mark><\/a>(Single Euro Payments Area) umfasst alle EU-L\u00e4nder sowie weitere europ\u00e4ische Staaten wie die Schweiz, Norwegen und Island. In diesem Raum gelten einheitliche Regeln f\u00fcr Euro-Zahlungen, was grenz\u00fcberschreitende Transaktionen erleichtert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue EU-Verordnung gilt f\u00fcr alle Kontotypen und alle Kundengruppen im SEPA-Raum \u2013 also sowohl f\u00fcr Privatpersonen als auch f\u00fcr Unternehmen. Beide profitieren k\u00fcnftig von schnellen und geb\u00fchrenfreien \u00dcberweisungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade im innereurop\u00e4ischen Handel ist das ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil: schnellere Zahlungen bedeuten weniger Wartezeiten und mehr Effizienz in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Firmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nova-aplikacija-nije-potrebna\">Brauche ich eine neue App f\u00fcrs Handy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein. Die Banken sind verpflichtet, ihre Systeme an die neue Regelung anzupassen \u2013 Kundinnen und Kunden m\u00fcssen keine neue App installieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls n\u00f6tig, werden die Banken bestehende Banking-Apps automatisch aktualisieren, um den neuen Service zu erm\u00f6glichen.
