{"id":7059,"date":"2021-02-12T09:11:01","date_gmt":"2021-02-12T08:11:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yuga.at\/?p=7059"},"modified":"2022-09-25T09:43:56","modified_gmt":"2022-09-25T07:43:56","slug":"wohnbeihilfe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yuga.at\/de\/pomoc-za-stanovanje\/","title":{"rendered":"Hilfe beim Wohnen \u2013 Wohnbeihilfe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Wohnbeihilfe ist eine finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung der Stadt Wien f\u00fcr alle Menschen mit etwas niedrigerem monatlichem Einkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pravo\">Wer hat Anspruch auf Wohnbeihilfe?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Hilfe gilt f\u00fcr Personen, die in privaten, st\u00e4dtischen oder genossenschaftlichen Wohnungen leben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr zu den genannten Arten von Wohnungen k\u00f6nnen sie sich <a href=\"\/de\/wohnen-in-wien\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">hier informieren<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Wohnbeihilfe kann auch erhalten werden, wenn Sie eine Wohnung auf Kredit gekauft haben und diesen Kredit noch abbezahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"preduslovi\">Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr den Erhalt von Mietunterst\u00fctzung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor allem muss gesagt werden, dass der Antrag auf Unterst\u00fctzung nur f\u00fcr die Wohnung gestellt werden kann, in der Sie derzeit wohnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um Ihren Antrag in Betracht zu ziehen, m\u00fcssen Sie einen der folgenden vier Status haben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d6sterreichische Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft<\/li><li>Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft eines EU-Mitgliedsstaates <\/li><li>Asyl<\/li><li>Wenn Sie Staatsb\u00fcrger eines sogenannten Drittlandes sind: ein regul\u00e4res Visum und mindestens 5 Jahre Aufenthalt in \u00d6sterreich<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann sind erforderlich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mietvertrag auf den Namen des Antragstellers<\/li><li>Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes an der Adresse der Wohnung, f\u00fcr die der Antrag gestellt wird<\/li><li>Gegebenenfalls ein Kredit, der auf den Namen des Antragstellers l\u00e4uft<\/li><li>Monatliches Einkommen, das mindestens dem \u00f6sterreichischen Mindestlohn entsprechen muss oder h\u00f6her ist<\/li><li>Wenn Sie derzeit kein Einkommen haben, m\u00fcssen Sie nachweisen, dass Sie in den letzten 10 Jahren monatlich mehr als den Mindestlohn in \u00d6sterreich verdient haben.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"procedura\">Verfahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Antrag kann \u00fcber ein Online-Formular gestellt werden, das wir sp\u00e4ter erkl\u00e4ren werden.
