Die \u00d6sterreichische Pensionsversicherungsanstalt hat das Pilotprojekt \"Rehabilitation in Serbien\" f\u00fcr Personen gestartet, die in \u00d6sterreich versichert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zuk\u00fcnftig k\u00f6nnen \u00f6sterreichische Versicherte auf Staatskosten zur Rehabilitation nach Banja Kovilja\u010da fahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banja Kovilja\u010da<\/span><\/a> liegt am Fluss Drina, in der N\u00e4he von Loznica, und erhielt 1898 durch einen Beschluss der serbischen Regierung den Status eines k\u00f6niglichen Bades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jetzt sollen auch \u00d6sterreicher, die Rehabilitation ben\u00f6tigen, die sch\u00f6nen Kurparks und Spazierg\u00e4nge entlang der Drina genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im dreij\u00e4hrigen Pilotprojekt bietet die Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) Personen mit Sozialversicherung in \u00d6sterreich die M\u00f6glichkeit, in diesem Kurort Arthrose oder Wirbels\u00e4ulensch\u00e4den zu behandeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winfried Pinggera, Generaldirektor der PVA, betont, dass \u00f6sterreichische Standards in diesem Kurort garantiert sein werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Projekt beginnt bereits im Juli, und zu Beginn stehen etwa 30 Pl\u00e4tze zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprachbarriere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Idee entstand aufgrund von Menschen serbischer Herkunft, die in \u00d6sterreich leben und arbeiten, aber nicht ausreichend Deutsch sprechen, sagt Pinggera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sprachbarriere stellt oft ein Hindernis f\u00fcr die Behandlung dar, und dieses Projekt erm\u00f6glicht es diesen Menschen, mit Therapeuten in ihrer Muttersprache zu kommunizieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die PVA sch\u00e4tzt, dass etwa 20.000 Menschen, die eine Krankenversicherung in \u00d6sterreich haben, derzeit in Serbien leben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Angebot w\u00fcrde sogar lange Reisen eliminieren, da man z. B. von Belgrad nach Banja Kovilja\u010da in weniger als zwei Stunden gelangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rehabilitation in der Muttersprache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mitte Juni wurde ein Vertrag zwischen der PVA und der Verwaltung von Banja Kovilja\u010da unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winfried Pinggera sagt, dass auch eyYu \u00c4rzte in Wien<\/span><\/a>in das Projekt einbezogen werden, die Patienten zur Kurbehandlung nach Serbien \u00fcberweisen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Nach unserer Erfahrung nutzen einige Menschen aufgrund ihrer geringen Deutschkenntnisse die Vorteile der Rehabilitation in \u00d6sterreich nicht\", sagte er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pilotprojekt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Viele derjenigen, die eine Behandlung ben\u00f6tigen, haben jahrzehntelang in \u00d6sterreich in k\u00f6rperlich sehr anspruchsvollen Berufen gearbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Seit den siebziger Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts spielen diese Menschen eine wichtige Rolle in der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung \u00d6sterreichs\", sagte Pinggera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Pilotprojekt k\u00f6nnte auch aus einem anderen Grund n\u00fctzlich sein. In den letzten Jahren sind Tausende von Krankenschwestern und medizinischem Personal aus S\u00fcdosteuropa ausgewandert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viele gingen nach Deutschland oder \u00d6sterreich, was auf dem Balkan langsam zu einem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel im medizinischen Bereich f\u00fchrt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unter Experten f\u00fcr Migration gibt es seit langem eine Diskussion dar\u00fcber, wie man medizinisches Personal daran hindern kann, vom Balkan abzuwandern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
