Der Telefon-Service AMIKE, unterst\u00fctzt vom Gesundheitsministerium, bietet Hilfe f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge und Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diese Hilfe umfasst Telefonate \u00fcber jegliche psychische oder soziale Probleme in der Muttersprache in ganz \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um welche Art von Hilfe geht es?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sorgen um die Familie, Arbeit, Bildung, im Falle von Krankheit oder dem Tod eines geliebten Menschen, wenn wichtige Entscheidungen getroffen werden m\u00fcssen, wenn die Zukunft be\u00e4ngstigend ist und die Vergangenheit nicht \"in der Vergangenheit bleiben will\" - solche Lebensumst\u00e4nde sind schwer zu ertragen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probleme verursachen Stress, nehmen uns t\u00e4glich die Kraft, machen uns nerv\u00f6s, schlaflos und sogar krank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir kennen nicht immer jemanden, mit dem wir dar\u00fcber sprechen k\u00f6nnen oder wollen. Die durch das Coronavirus verursachte Krise hat bei vielen von uns sogar das Gef\u00fchl der Isolation verst\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMIKE verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber erfahrene Psychotherapeuten, Psychologen und Sozialarbeiter, die mit Ihnen in Ihrer Muttersprache oder mit Hilfe eines Dolmetschers sprechen werden - derzeit in folgenden Sprachen: Dari\/Farsi, Arabisch, Russisch, T\u00fcrkisch, BHS (Bosnisch\/Kroatisch\/Serbisch), Deutsch und Englisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Beratung ist v\u00f6llig kostenlos, und es besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit eines R\u00fcckrufs, wenn Sie nicht in der Lage sind, selbst kostenlos anzurufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
